(TORRID– BTS SPACE # 2147) Permit is to remodel an existing 3,564 square foot tenant space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Scope of work includes: Removal of select interior nonbearing walls, construction of new select interior nonbearing walls to create (5) fitting rooms, a fitting alcove, a demising wall at front sales area, a stockroom area and a 1 hour demising wall at old storefront entrance (fitting/mall concourse area), new acoustic ceiling in fitting rooms, ADA compliant drinking fountain, a new mop sink, new accessible counter, new lighting, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical ductwork and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
