This permit is Phase 2 of a multi-phase project. This permit is not intended to establish a Certificate of Occupancy for any tenant. Work is to include 3 metal canopies at different elevations at the Idaho Street entrance, a metal canopy at the 10th Street entrance, metal window shade awnings on the Idaho Street and 10th Street sides, metal trellis structures at the exterior wall parapet on the Idaho Street and 10th Street sides, new storefront windows and doors at grade, new storefront windows above grade, new concrete veneer exterior panels, new metal wall panels, and new EIFS/stucco system applied to the exterior side of the 4th story walls. Special Inspection is required for soils, concrete, epoxy anchors, “Titen” anchors, aluminum welding, bolting, and steel welding. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, with the structural design, and with all applicable codes and ordinances.
