Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing wall, construction of new select interior nonbearing wall to create a lobby area and a grooming area, adding vertical grab bars in existing ADA accessible restroom, electrical work, mechanical work, plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered.
