Provide racking permit for storage racks over 8'-0", All storage to remain under 12'-0" (6'-0") or a high pile permit is required, Provide exit sign on second floor, Repair all exit signs and emregency lights, Provide sprinkler protection under the new door and platform.

Once tenant has approved plans, they will schedule a building conferance. Also noted work in adjacent building. Per tenant architect is working on those plans as well. Noted that mech contractor has pulled his prmit for work in adjacent building.

No approved plans or small documents on site. I went over general life safety requirements with the Operations Manager. It appears a racking permit will be required.
