Existing Guest Room upstairs to have stairway filled in and floor joists replaced as needed (to remain accesible from Mst Bedroom only). Existing kitchen to be removed and replaced. All work to be done according to plans, notes, review notes, provided engineering and local codes. A separate electrical, mechanical, plumbing and erosion permit are required.
