(950 sq ft office space on the second floor BLD07-02308, 2,184 q ft on the main leve BLD96-02427 and 2,000 sq ft on the basement level BLD00-02729. All three permits made it to the final stage of the projects however no final inspections were called in. NO NEW WORK IS AUTHORIZED UNDER THIS PERMIT. There is no change of use or occupancy. AJS**
BLD96-02427-To remodel 3 separate areas of the existing facility which include remodel of the men's restroom in the basement to provide accessibility for the disabled; repair and remodel the front entry stairway and landing; and replace the rear landing and stair from the basement area all per approved plans on file. BLD00-02729-**LOG CABIN LITERARY CENTER** THIS BUILDING IS AN HISTORICAL BUILDING. This permit is for construction of an accessible ramp to the basement area, the remodel of two restrooms in the basement area to make fully accessible, the installation of a wheelchair lift at the front entrance to the first floor for convinece (this level is not required to be accessible), the installation of a sprinkler system in the basement, the installation of a new HVAC system throughout, the construction of a one-hour wall and installation of a 20minute fire rated door which will separate the basement area from the first floor, construction of a trash enclosre. Separate permits required for Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire sprinklers required. The fire sprinkler system shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. Fire sprinkler has current inspection tag, fire extinguishers have current inspection tags. Exit lights have been repaired and are now functional. Emergency egress lighting has been repaired and are now functional. Final item for repair is the smoke detector missing located in the basement and inspection of smoke curtian operation on each floor for the elevator.

Exit lights did not stay illumunated when test button was pressed, all exit lights need serviced/replaced. Emergency egress lights would not illuminate when test buttons were pressed, all egress lights need to be serviced/replaced. Smoke detector missing in front of elevator at the basement level, smoke detector needs to be installed and verified for operation for smoke curtian activation. Smoke detectors on 1st floor as well as attic level need to be tested for operation with smoke curtian activation.
