This building will be fire sprinklered for height increase and residential occupancies (A compliant NFPA 13 is required). Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached engineering. Work to include: [Construction of interior non-bearing walls to create two office suites, two interior exit stairways, two apartments, common area (kitchen / living room, dining area), 18 dorm rooms, two common shower rooms, two laundry rooms, and accessory spaces), new electrical (reduced interior lighting to comply with Additional Efficiency Option), new mechanical, new appliances, new plumbing, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building’s super structure was permitted under BLD15-04329 and the foundation permit was pulled under BLD15-04236. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
