Work is to include overbuild framing on existing engineered trusses, tapered wood ledgers, wood structural panels, roofing, and exterior wall finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, with the structural design, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. Concealed combustible spaces are required to have fire sprinkler protection or otherwise comply with NFPA 13. A separate fire sprinkler permit shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such system. **CJW**
