Scope of work is to remodel the basement by moving the laundry room to the basement and create a new bathroom. Replace all windows in the basement and move supporting post for floor/ceiling assembly to center of the beam span to help support the assembly. A footing will be required for the post and beam and engineering will be provided to the inspector for the footing inspection. On the main floor, they will remove one bathroom and create a large master bathroom with walk-in closet and create a new bathroom adjacent to the kitchen.
