** (BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES – 1st Floor, Suite #200,#202) ** Permit is to remodel an existing 8,987 sq. ft. 1st floor tenant space and tenant to occupy 4,830 sq. ft. of suites #200 and #202 on the second floor. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create a 5’6” tall privacy wall at the reception area and to add a new door opening in the hallway at the north end of the building, adding a door holding device and (2) smoke detectors on both sides existing corridor door, electrical work, and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. Note: No building construction work at the second floor areas. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
