Note: the architect has reclassified building to a type IIIB building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing demising wall to access adjacent tenant spaces, new door opening between adjacent office spaces, new ADA compliant drinking fountain, adding an accessible height cabinet at office, adding fire retardant treated plywood to the exterior side of the south/east end windows of the building, adding an interior chain link fence cage, new lighting fixtures at warehouse area and electrical work. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
