Main Floor ( approx. 1213 square feet) will have Mst, Bedroom, Mst. Bath, Powder Room, Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room and Mud room. Upper Floor (approx. 1000 square feet) will have (3) Bedrooms, Bathroom and a Family Room. Total 3030 square feet. Engineering has been provided for the lateral and structural. All work to be done according to plans, notes, review notes, engineering and local codes. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and erosion permits are required. **BJM** Permit is for removing water damaged materials, floor coverings, drywall, ceiling areas, in the Basement and Main floor.
