Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior finishes, two Type I grease hoods served by one grease duct, make-up air, kitchen equipment, interior finishes, and millwork. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. This tenant space has access to core restrooms that serve multiple tenants. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department.
