Scope of work is to update existing duplex located at 3919 and 3921 W Garnet St. The duplex fire separation will comply with R302.3 exception #2 (see case summary for details). HVAC, electrical and plumbing will be pulled separately. The main purpose of the work is to make the structure is to improve the fire & life-safety concerns with old wiring.
