Interior work only. Several windows to be replaced and or added. No exterior footings or walls. Remove wall between Kitchen and Dining room, remove wall between Dining and Living room, replace existing wood fireplace with gas fireplace. Remove walls back area, create new Master Bedroom and Bath area. Remove existing fireplace on rear of home. Remove existing door on side of home and fill. Replace windows as needed to be egress windows. All work to be done according to plans, review notes and local codes. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. **BJM**
