All residential uses within this building are required to be abandoned and is NOT allowed to be used as a dwelling unit. Work to include providing a new accessible route into building, accessible parking, accessible ramp, removing select interior walls, altering the existing restroom to meet current accessibility standards, lever door hardware, additional structural support for existing floor (new posts/footing), additional structural support for existing attic framing, new rear exterior landing with handrails, some plumbing work, some mechanical work, some electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC.
