Scope of work is to remove several interior walls to open up the kitchen and living room areas. Also, adding two french door that lead out to the existing covered patio. A window will also be installed in this wall. A mud room/pantry will be created between the kitchen and garage. Also, an existing window and door will be filled in using like materials. Windows shall be a 0.35 u-value or better. The work will be performed per the approved drawings, stamped enginneering and local codes.
