Scope of work includes relocation of portion of exterior wall at front of house, demolition and construction of interior bearing and non-bearing walls on main and second levels, removal of rear stairway, relocation of select windows, and new 272 sq. ft. covered front porch. The scope of work for the third level is to patch floor in attic area from removal of rear stairwell. The new floor plan will result in (1) bedroom and (2.5) bathroom on main level, (4) bedrooms and (3) bathrooms on second level, (1) bedroom and (1) bathroom on third level. Scope of work for existing basement is only for structural reinforcement for upper level remodel per engineering. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and erosion permits are required.
