IMPORTANT: If the Main floor walls are over 10' in height, signed stamped engineering calculations must be provided prior to construction. All work to be done according to plans, notes, review notes and local codes. If a new furnace is to be installed, builder or home owner must provide Manual J as/if required. Actual Living Space for the upper floor will be less than 420 due to the sloped ceiling and 5' minimum height for living space.
