Application for inspection to determine the requirements for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for an existing 653 square foot tenant space to be used for the retail sales of E-cigarettes and E-cigarette products. This tenant space was previously used for bail bonds and tattoos. For the sales area, egress is directly to the outside at grade. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work that may be needed to correct noncompliant conditions that may exist. Painting, carpeting, counter tops, and similar finish work are not required to have a permit. The change of occupancy classification from a B Occupancy to an M Occupancy is allowed under this permit since the occupant load and the tenant space is so small. A separate racking permit is required for racks over 8 feet tall. Compliance is required with the items listed in the plan review report under Referenced Code Sections because noncompliance with these items is believed to constitute a distinct hazard to life and safety. **CJW**
