**(ONE CAPITAL CENTER – BASEMENT – LOCKER ROOM REMODEL)** This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. Permit is to remodel an existing 577 sq. ft. basement conference room and turning the space into a locker room within a 15 story high rise building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: Removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of suspended acoustic ceiling, removal of light fixtures, construction of select new walls to create a men’s and women’s locker room with ADA accessible showers, restroom, bench, lavatory sinks and lockers, relocation of select door/door frame, new suspended acoustic ceiling, new light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
