(VEYO Inc. – STE # 170 & 180) Permit is to combine and existing 999 square foot tenant space (ste# 180) with the adjacent 2,050 square foot tenant space (ste# 170) to create a larger office area for a new tenant. This building is fire sprinklered for area increase. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans. Work to include: install two doors to connect the adjacent office spaces, remove three walls to create a larger “transportation dispatch” area, installation of new accessible doors / hardware, upgrade one existing toilet room to comply with current accessibility standards (comply with attached details), patch and repair existing ceiling, relocate lighting, relocate ductwork, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
