Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create an ADA accessible restroom, adding a new exterior door opening, adding a landing for new door, adding a service sink, some plumbing work, some electrical work, some mechanical and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. Note: No structural engineering was required for the new exterior door opening since the opening was in an existing exterior in-filled wall. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
