Permit to construct a covered patio over an existing concrete patio on the main level and a deck from the second floor. The upper floor deck will be accessed by installing a 5' sliding glass door in place of an existing window. The covered patio is to be hand stacked (see engineering). A variance has been given for the structures to be constructed in the setbacks. A separate electrical permit is required. All work to be done according to plans, engineering, notes ,review notes and local codes. **BJM**
