Permit is to remodel an existing 2,304 sq. ft. main entry lobby area within a 15 story high rise building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select door/door frame, removal of select interior nonbearing walls, remove and replace select acoustic suspended ceiling, construction of select interior nonbearing new walls, new light fixtures, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
