Partial life fire safety inspection complete, final fire sprinkler inspection complete, final fire alarm inspection complete, knox box is in place, fire extinguisher are in place with current inspection tags. Building inspector approved TCO at completion of life fire safety (Items for TCO for life safety complete). A final life fire safety inspection will need to be performed before final occupancy, items that need to be verified for final inspection: final sign off for racking permit BLD16-03887, verify completion of comment 21 under storage issues on the fire plan review comments and fire department access when site work is complete.

Recieved a voicemail from Julio Phone #: ###-#### at 10:48am, tried calling back at 10:56am, no answer, left a voicemail stating that I was on my to job site, checked job shack that is site and no one is in job shack, attempted to call again at 11:07am, called again at 11:15am and left a message stating that if no response was made within 10 minutes then this conference will need to be rescheduled. Nothing was recieved by 11:25am so I proceededto my next inspection, this conference is cancelled and a new conference will need to be requested.
