(BEANS & BREWS) Permit to construct a new 3,226 sq., ft. building and related site improvements. “Beans and Brews” is to occupy 1,708 sq. ft. of the new 3,226 sq. ft. building and the remaining 1,518 sq. ft. vacant space is to remain unoccupied for future tenant. No occupancy allowed under this permit for 1,518 sq. ft. future tenant space. Future tenant shall apply for certificate of occupancy prior to occupying the vacant space. Scope of work includes: construction of a slab on grade concrete foundation, construction of stud framed exterior envelope walls, roof construction, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a dining area, two ADA accessible restrooms, a commercial kitchen, a walk-in cooler and an office, installation of new windows and accessible doors, new electrical, new mechanical, new plumbing, site work, and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. No fire sprinklers, no fire alarms, fire extinguishers are in place with current inspection tags, addressing will be installed after broken window is replaced along with "Building to remain unlocked while occupied" sticker on main entry. Thumbturn deadbolt on main entry will be replaced with a double key deadbolt before final building inspection, no requirement for knox box. Final life fire safety inspection passed/complete.
