(MOTIVE POWER) "Building #3 Membrane Structure" Permit for the construction of 2,736 sq. ft. membrane structure to be used for the storage of metal materials. This structure is being removed and relocated close to its original location. The existing membrane is being replaced with a new membrane id compliance with NFPA 701 for membrane structures. This structure will also have structural modifictions completed per the attavched engineering. the structure will be supported on an existing concrete slab with minimum anchorage per the attached engineering. Special inspection is required for all post installed anchors. The engineer of record is to complete a final inspection and provide a letter indicating all structural modifications are in compliance with the attached engineering. CDM
