Permit to modify/remove existing stair walls on main floor and replace with new beams above to open up view. Engineering has been provided for structure. Existing windows on the back wall are being replaced with taller windows or sliding glass doors. The actual rough opening is not being increased. New Kitchen will be installed. One Basement window and window well are being infilled to allow door from Living Room. No other improvements are proposed at this time. Plans show a second floor, second stairs being added to upper floor and garage to be constructed. The Louis' have chosen not to do that at this time. A plan modification is required prior to beginning those projects. Separate electrical, mechanical, plumbing permits are required. All work to be done according to plans, notes, review notes and local codes. **BJM**
