(USTICK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL – MODULAR CLASSROOM RELOCATION) (CUP16-00039) This modular building does not have a fire sprinkler system. To relocate a 1,200 sq. ft. modular classroom building from Meridian High School (Ada County) to Ustick Elementary School (City of Boise). The finished floor of this building shall be located no more than 30 inches above grade. Work is to include masonry block footing pads, masonry block piers, built-up rim beams added to the existing built-up rim beams, adjustable jack stands, tie plates and tie down straps, helix soil anchors, cement board skirting, crawlspace vents, removal of existing HVAC units and adding (2) new HVAC units, wall infill at old HVAC openings, new select door/door frame, aluminum exterior ramps, aluminum exterior landings at doors, and exterior concrete sidewalks at grade. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the structural design, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **JG**
