See approved floor plan layout for A3 occupancy. Occupant floor plan and occupant loading shall be posted at all times. The class rooms and the A3 occupancy will not operate at the same times, O2 sensors to be installed for outside air. The B occupancy on the main level is the primary occupancy. Mechanical ventilation will be added to address outside air requirements for the A3 occupancy. The occupied basement space is limited to less than 3,000 sq ft. No storage allowed in non-occupied space in basement. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.**ajs**
