**(GENOA PHARMACY – FIRST FLOOR – Suite 110)** Permit is to remodel an existing 401 sq. ft. tenant space within an existing three story 26,851 sq. ft. office building to create a pharmacy. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select wall for new rated opening, removal of select door/door frame, removal of existing counter, removal of existing suspended ceiling and light fixtures, select wall in-fill, new sink, new accessible counter, new rated roll up fire door, new millwork, new gypsum ceiling, new light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
