Scope of work includes: demolishing the entire building and footing except for a select portion approximately 6 feet of footing, stem wall, and exterior wall up to two feet in height above grade in the front north/east portion of the existing building is to remain, construction of a slab on grade concrete foundation, construction of stud framed exterior envelope walls, new exterior finishes, covered drive thru and walk up area, roof construction, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create and ADA Accessible restroom and a kitchen prep area, a new walk-in cooler, installation of new windows and accessible door/door frames, new electrical, new mechanical, new plumbing and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC.
