(THE HUMAN BEAN) Permit to remodel the existing 261 sq. ft. building by enlarging the building to a total 480 sq. ft. and site improvement work. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Scope of work includes: demolishing the entire building and footing except for a select portion approximately 6 feet of footing, stem wall, and exterior wall up to two feet in height above grade in the front north/east portion of the existing building is to remain, construction of a slab on grade concrete foundation, construction of stud framed exterior envelope walls, new exterior finishes, covered drive thru and walk up area, roof construction, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create and ADA Accessible restroom and a kitchen prep area, a new walk-in cooler, installation of new windows and accessible door/door frames, new electrical, new mechanical, new plumbing and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. No fire sprinklers, no fire alarms, fire extinguisher will be mounted in discussed location, ssign reading "Door to remain unlocked while occupied" will be installed on the south exit after painting is completed. Final life fire safety inspection passed/complete.
