(IDAHO COALITION AGAINST SEXUAL & DOMESTIC VIOLENCE – 2ND STORY OFFICE, 2ND STORY ASSEMBLY ROOM, AND 1ST STORY EVENT CENTER) The fire sprinkler system is used for story increase. Application for inspection to determine the requirements for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for a 1,642 square foot office area and an existing 1,809 square foot assembly area on the 2nd story and an existing 2,717 square foot Event Center on the 1st story. This building has a 4,133 square foot 1st story, a 670 square foot 1st story mezzanine, and a 4,133 square foot 2nd story. The existing 2,632 square foot basement is a separate tenant and is not included under this permit. Seating layouts and maximum occupant loads shall comply with approved event scenarios. The occupant load of the 2nd story assembly room is limited to 96 maximum. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work that may be needed to correct noncompliant conditions that may exist. Painting, carpeting, counter tops, and similar finish work are not required to have a building permit. Compliance is required with the items listed in the plan review report under Referenced Code Sections because noncompliance with these items is believed to constitute a distinct hazard to life and safety. **CJW**
