(MASSAGE ENVY) The fire sprinkler system is used for a potential future restaurant. To construct interior tenant improvements for a 3,392 square foot massage therapy tenant within an existing 4,920 square foot building. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior doors, suspended acoustical ceilings, millwork, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
