Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select millwork, construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create a larger conference room, (4) offices, (3) offices with partial height walls, partial height walls at the open office area, a break room, new select transom windows, new millwork, relocate existing sink, relocating select existing light fixtures, adding select new light fixtures, some plumbing work, electrical work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
