To construct a detached 11,984 sq. ft. engineered metal building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached engineering. Work is to include concrete footings, concrete foundation, concrete slab on grade, and an engineered metal building. Note: Special Inspection is required see form 310. A separate permit is required for racks over 8 feet tall. The addition will not be conditioned under this permit, validation that the thermal envelope complies with the energy code will be required before the space is conditioned in the future. **JG**

Provide as-builts to plan review showing the new fences and gates. The vehicle gate to be 20' min. clearance and the a new man gate to be provided at the west side fence. Provide fire dept access/fire lane signage at both property entrances as discussed. All other items ok. As per plan review the knox key at the west property entry and narrow width has been approved by the fire dept.

Phone discussion with contractor on sequence of inspections in regards to knox box/switches being installed on all electric gates. Discussed that he should coordinate with fire department for key hand over/ops check. Fire department is not required at final life safety inspection.

Survey miss measured front gate width it is 16' and not the agreed with 19'. Approved access is now from the drive to the south and around back. If front gate is electric it shall have a knox switch still, to provide options as needed. Inspector to verify access is marked/signed.
