The previous occupant was a beauty spa which was permitted under BLD16-02069 and the new tenant will be a massage spa. The scope of work is to construct three interior non-load bearing partion walls in order to create a massage room and a water massage room (shower). There is a crawl space that is to be used as storage only due to inadequate head height. The previous permit required a 1hr. separation between the basement and the main floor with a 20 minute door with self-closers located at the top of the stairs.
