To convert an existing 11,596 square foot building to a school for High School aged students. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, landings at interior doors, an interior glazed overhead door, and a warming kitchen (Type II hood). The existing restrooms are required to be maintained accessible to the disabled. Cooking operations that create grease laden vapors are not allowed within this building. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. An interior nonstructural demolition permit was issued under BLD16-03235. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
