(WALMART FUELING STATION) //Plan Modification to fuel canopy. 11/14/16 JG// Permit to construct a new 1,499 sq., ft. mercantile building, a new 4,413 gas pump station canopy and related site improvements. (Note: In regards to the thermal envelope/lighting this building used the “Energy Cost Budget Method” under ASHRAE 90.1-2010 Section 11. see attached letter/report in small documents.) Scope of work includes: construction of a slab on grade concrete foundation, construction of 8” CMU exterior walls, roof construction, construction of interior non-bearing walls to create an equipment room, a sales area, two accessible restrooms and a new walk-in cooler, installation of new storefront windows and doors, new electrical, new mechanical, new plumbing, site work, and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. A temporary is being given with the Boise Fire Dept. permission until the fire alarm permit has been finaled (need approved as-builts), and the correction items for the fire dept have been addressed which include the remaining sign at the remote emergency off switch, 6" curbing and the fuel pumps repaired.

Not ready for a final yet, I went over requirements with Chris such as needing the project related fire alarm permit addressed, remove the deadbolt on the beer cooler, need fire extinguisher for store, need verification of permiting through Fire Dept,, need verification Fire Dept is ok with the pumps/tanks and lack of 6" at the gas pumps, testing of the emergency off buttons, missing exit discharge lights....ect
