No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work that may be needed to correct noncompliant conditions that may exist. Painting, carpeting, counter tops, shelves, and similar finish work are not required to have a building permit. Free standing racks shall not exceed 8 feet in height. Free standing racks that exceeds 8 feet in height require a separate Building Permit.
