No fire sprinklers, no monitored fire alarms, fire extinguishers are in place with current inspection tags. Exit lights in the south corridor will be changed to double sided exit lights as shown on city approved drawings (exit lights in place but only one sided at time of inspection, double side will be completed before final building inspection). Final life fire safey inspection passed/complete.

Phase 1 life safety is complete/passed. However prior to a phase 2/final sign off the thumbturn dead bolt in the phase 1 area will need to be removed and the two remote annunciators for the duct smoke detectors will need to be repaired (shows no power) or approval from the mechanical engineer to remove the two duct detector/annunciators. Per the mechanical plans the cfm is well below the 2,000 limit.
