Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: new 5’ wide concrete walkway from rear exterior exit landing to the existing sidewalk, new engineered upper second floor decking, construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create a lobby area, an elevator shaft and stairway walls, new interior elevator, new interior exit stairway, new exterior exit stairway, new exterior door opening, new elevator, new light fixtures, electrical work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.
