**(VANILLA – SUITE #102)** NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. Permit is to remodel an existing 10,000 sq. ft. tenant space by dividing it into two separate tenant spaces, this vacant tenant space is to be 5,000 sq. ft. and reducing the size of the existing tenant space suite #101 to 5,000 sq. ft. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of select interior nonbearing wall to demise tenant spaces, to create an office and a ADA accessible restroom, new acoustic and gypsum ceiling, new plumbing fixtures, plumbing work, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
