**DRH16-00314** Scope of work is to demo the previous addtion from the back of home, and rebuild a 523 sq. ft main floor addition that contains the kitchen master bedroom, bath and closet with staircase. The addition will be located over a new unfinished and unconditioned basement below. Also, construct a detached, unconditioned 296 sq. ft. garage. North soffit of garage will be fire rated due to proximity to property line. Electrical, plumbing and HVAC permits will be pulled separately. Work will be performed per the approved plans, attached engineering and local codes.
