Permit is to remodel an existing 1,236 sq. ft. tenant space on the 3rd floor of an existing high-rise building. This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls within the tenant space floor area, removal of select door/door frames, removal of select acoustic suspended ceiling, construction of select interior non-bearing walls to create a conference room, an office, an open office area and a break area, new door/door frames, new interior window opening, new millwork, new sink, new select acoustic ceiling, new gypsum soffit, electrical work, plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC.
