Existing Bathroom to become Mechanical room with water heater. Stairs are not being altered or rebuilt. New windows to meet Historic requirements are being installed throughout. New windows in existing Bedrooms must meet egress if fitting into exisitng opening. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required.
