The main level addition will be new front entry, master bedroom/bathroom, laundry and dining rooms. Upper level addition is for common area, (1) bedroom, (1) full bathroom and 95 sq. ft. deck. The only changes to the existing main level are new rough openings for windows in existing (2) bedrooms and exterior coverings. No changes are included in this permit for the existing finished basement. Separate erosion, electrical, mechanical and plumbing permits are required.
