Application for inspection to determine the requirements for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for an existing 2,439 square foot building to a restaurant and bar tenant. This tenant space occupies the entire building and was previously used as a restaurant and bar. Egress is directly to the outside at grade. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work that may be needed to correct noncompliant conditions that may exist. Painting, carpeting, counter tops, shelves, and similar finish work are not required to have a building permit. For ventilation hoods and gas piping work, if applicable, a separate mechanical permit is required.
