Work to include: removal of a section of wall for new door opening, construction of select interior non-bearing walls to create (2) offices, an open office area and a conference area, extend select section of the entry wall to the deck above, new door/door frame, new millwork, new suspended acoustic ceiling, new light fixtures, electrical work, mechanical work, plumbing work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC.
